We usually like to get SBs who can host, as it saves the cost of a room. However, in the age of this pandemic, what do you think? Is it riskier there might be something infectious about in the SBs own lair? In a hotel, they have maids come in and sanitize everything before you go in.
Saw this girl back before school was shutdown in the Richmond area. Very nice college coed and we met for drinks prior to fun. Damage was 4.

Marriott is advertising that they use hospital grade steamers over every inch of the room. If an SB is letting you come to her house, she's also letting many other men come to your house and there's usually bodily fluids involved. Covid is an airborne disease. If an infected person is breathing without a mask on, the particles are landing on everything within a 6-8 ft radius. That means tables, sofas, beds, blankets, pillows, sinks, carpets, etc is covered with it. If a person is infected, their house is infected, and nobody knows for 2 long weeks. Can you imagine how many men some of these SBs see in a 2 week period, especially if their allowance is low? A LOT.

It's just like condoms; of course condoms are not 100% and there's still risk, but I'm not going to fuck a prostitute without a condom. Hotels are not 100%, but much, much safer.

I know that there have been posts in the past regarding a girls forum and discussions. Today I was talking with 2 SBs that seemed to have a lot of the same wording on their profiles and also joined around the same time.
