Just catch the baht bus as its near Pattaya beach road. I checked out 2 soapies nearby and 1 of them had tables where you can sit down and look at all the girls. A counter where you can order drinks. It's a bigger, higher class soapy. 4800 bahts is expensive considering its Thailand but, we easily blow that at an AMP and buying drinks at a KB. So. 4800 bahts which is about $150-$160 (depending on the Thai baht to $ rate) shouldn't discourage you if you do the AMP and KB thing in Hawaii.
