Took a few drives around, seen a few SW here and there, haven't picked one up yet. Guess I'm being very careful because I'm new to Tampa. Like right now, ready to head out and see what's out there but I not comfortable enough to partake. I've read the forums on how to pick up a SW, etc. Still worried I'll mess it up LOL.

I did come across this and thought to myself, haven't seen anyone on this forum mention this. Must be fake. Can anyone with a tad more longevity in Tampa confirm or deny this? Seems like it isn't true, but wanted to confirm. This link says its OK to partake on Nebraska, fake right?
