When I pulled up, there were two marked cars blocking the entrance and a third unmarked car. There were also a lot of people just loitering in the parking lot. I parked quickly, pretending I was another tenant. I observed them then circling the lot a few times as if scoping things out, then the two marked ones left. The unmarked hid away. I said F this and drove off. As I was going down the road, I noticed that at least one of the marked ones had pulled off into an empty lot to wait.
They could have been chasing something else entirely, but there was no way I was going to risk that. Be careful out there.
