I spent two weeks doing a tour the four east side clubs. A few observations:

Raiders is by far the club with the most number of dancers who should NOT be stripping. I've never seen more homely dancers in one place. Every club has their share of bad strippers but Raiders is living up to it's former (and now revived) reputation of being the club where dancers go to die.

The last two weeks I've sent four beautiful and talented black dancers to Raiders to work. I had experienced all their skills at other clubs. They reported that they went to Raiders and applied. They had their pictures taken and were told they would get a call if they were hired. None of them got calls. These are gorgeous women. So imagine my surprise when I went to Raiders last Saturday night during prime time. There were at least 30 dancers working. None of them were black. Again, prime time Saturday night. I asked one of the managers who did the hiring. He said the owners hired. I asked him why there weren't ANY black dancers. He said that there were two black dancers there during the day. So I said that if it's not a hiring issue then it's a scheduling problem. Which is it? He didn't answer and he walked away.

Venom used to be THE club to be at on Friday. It was the Candy Store back then. There used to be a waiting line to take dancers into the VIP. These days dancers are complaining that they aren't making money because there are no customers. I admit that the club seems empty at times. I feel like it's on my shoulders to single-handedly support the talent. I do my best with nearly daily visits and multiple cabana visits but I'm just one guy.

IMHO there's no reason Tens is open. It's a waste of time. I made my annual visit to remind myself why I don't go there. All of my previous reasons were validated. I could write 5000 words about this place but I don't want to waste my energy. A few of those words are "anorexic" "trailer park trash" "bland" "unsociable" "untalented ".

TDs East needs dancers besides their usual cookie cutter skinny UofA blondes with bolt-on boobs. Unlike Raiders, at least they have a token black and Mexican on all their shifts.

The entire range of services are available at all the clubs I visited although at Tens the services were clumsy and immature. This round of clubbing included amazing BBBJ, daty, FS, anal, salad tossing, threesomes, and outcall. In other words, it's all available if you work at it. It's not going to be handed to you for free.

I went to Raiders and unfortuntly had the little Star approach me once again. Sadly she's always depressed and is always complaining about something or someone. I didn't realise she smelled until she started the dance. I had to stop her midway because I couldn't take it anymore. She got up and left and began talking shit to a really tall dancer that seemed to be New there. Unfortuntly Star is going to eventually fuck up her money too. Sad but true. Most of the long term (candy store) era dancers will never leave most likely, but those that have done a few years since the re branding have been departing. I believe that the influx of dancers from Phoenix has made it difficult for the mediocre talent who don't know how to truly earn to get by at Venom.

Cabana fee at Venom is 25 (actually 30, suppose to get extra 5 from dancer, but she tries to get that from you).

CR fee at Raiders was free last time I was there. Dances were 20 per song.

Not sure how much was tipped. But a simple 5 dollars can go a long way. I'm sure in Las Vegas might require a bit more. Most djs locally don't get tipped at all by customers, unless you're selecting specific songs that you want to hear. One Dj at West club wanted at least 10 dollars to play what you wanted. Most of the Clubs have a tipping pool that gets split. And some clubs even management gets part of it. And some of the managers almost require it from the girls or they will fine the girls for doing this or that. So that tipping even from within goes a long way. Interesting investments from all angles involved. Stakeholders.

As I was walking out yesterday at Raiders Lux was walking in. My friend used to see her at Curves. She will do a 3 song for 50 as her little special in the Champage room. Fun times he says.
