Same happened to me. They rolled the PIN. Replied to the e-mail, asking for a new PIN and back on the site within an hour.

I was a regular customer there had visited many times, but last two time I had bad experience and I complain to the booker and he didn't do a damn thing. Its too much money to loose, I mean the only reason we go to agency if you know this would be a good experience that is why we are paying more. But not this one, if you had bad experience well try next one and keep loosing. Sorry I refuse to do that.
