As much as it irks me to see something like that, I also believe that people have the right to conduct business with whomever they want. And you know what? The marketplace will determine if the decision is a good one.
I'm not exactly hurting in the way of quality providers, either. She's just losing out on some money. Hopefully it's worth it to her.
