This takes care of LSO's (Locally Stored Objects) also known as flash cookies. These are different from regular cookies as these are stored on your hard drive and stay there even when you delete cookies in your browser. You can configure it several ways but I have Better Privacy set to delete all LSO's when I close Firefox.

Since when is it illegal to place an advertisment? I see nothing in the article about her making a face to face exchange of cash for sexual conduct. Seems like a questionable arrest to me.

Well, it didn't take long for the cops to catch up with her. She was arrested and charged with, amongst other things, prostitution Well, long story short, she made bail and was released that evening. Early the next morning, she answers her door and finds the cops standing there with cuffs in hand. They arrested her again. Right on the spot!

Apparently, (according to her, at least) the ad she paid for on CL was for more than for one day. And it automatically "re-listed" itself. That was good enough for them to re-arrest her.

Of course, we don't know the whole truth. But my guess is that she must have been already told by the court NOT to advertise.

An advertisement is not an offer. It is merely an advertisement.

I know you can't advertise drugs but if you did, LE would need to catch you actually selling the drugs in your possession to make a case for possession with intent to distribute.

The news reporting is either poor or the cops just want to make a spectacle of her. There is no way they make prostitution charges stick based on the report.

What if she put the ad up and decided just to go out to dinner with the guys or fuck them for free? Yes she was arrested for prostitution, but they have to catch her in the act. I hope they drop her cases. I don't know where the 21 first offenses come from. It does't make sense.

Just wondering if any one knows why ladies are far more likely to meet from the 12th to 15 of a month than any other time? I am sure there is a good reason probably financial but just wondering about an observation.
