Requires good and honest communication.
Because most guys PROMISE an allowance to get in a girl's pants and then only see the girl one time, most girls will make sure they get funds upfront or each time. Makes sense, because sometimes a girl isn't a good fit and one moves on. But MOST guys treat girls like escorts an the girls pick up on that. IF you are able to do an allowance, talk about that during the M&G but say it comes as a reward after the 2nd or 3rd meeting.
I'd never do an allowance with a girl who doesn't have her own place where she could host, or doesn't have her own car as I'm not Ubering her around and paying for a motel, so she can show up later and perform badly.
If one isn't willing to be honest and discuss details (off SA site) then no magic phrase or approach will work.

I have been doing PPM mostly because I like the excitement of variety without over extending my bank account on multiple allowances. I had one girl that held my attention long enough I thought about taking the plunge, but she moved. Your idea of meeting 2-3 times before doling out the allowance is helpful.
I always go to texting offsite if I feel it's a match. My account got locked one time for something. I forget what. I had to go through "remedial training" before my account was reinstated LOL. If a girl won't text then I drop communications and move on to the next. I don't do Uber either. I'm single so it's a lot easier meeting. I can host or go to her place. No need for hotels. If they're coming to my place I do a public meet for coffee or something just to verify they aren't some ghetto baby or wierdo. No need to hide business from a wife but I don't want my neighbors wondering WTF I'm doing with some trashy broads.

In that case I might make an advance payment on a second meet. A lot of times this gives me a little more credibility with the potential SB. It's kind of like paying 1st and last month rent. I've done allowances in the past but I feel like I'm past that point in life. I'm at the point were I value my time alone and might choose that over meeting a sb. So feeling like I can cut it off at any time and only loose maybe one ppm is valuable to me. I would say that the advance payment only works well with a sb that has the intelligence to recognize the benefits. Some would think of it as an extra payment.
I can also host if needed but living outside of Philadelphia sometimes means the SBs have a little bit of a drive. I try to keep it to under 30 minutes for them. I can't stand to spend a night outside of my own bed though so even when I get a hotel, I'll never spend the night.
