They had put those signs up, and left the light on, prior to selling VIP2 to the new owners at NLBC. The owners of VIP are not local, so that's why the sign and light are still on / up. I will talk to them to see about taking those down. If there's any change of status with VIP, I will make an announcement here on the board.
