Back when I lived in Madison I had an IROC-Z28 and Corvette both stolen neither was ever recovered that I know. But compared to Milwaukee or Rockford it's pretty safe. I never go into Madison without either a gun in my vehicle or carrying one because I have a carry / conceal permit.
