So, the chances of female to male contraction of the virus in a single exposure is actually quite low (1 in 1000 as a conservative guess) so numbers are hugely in my favor. My physician also said the same thing (less than 1% chance). Also, I don't even know if this girl has HIV (looking at her arrest records, she first charged w/ solicitation just this June so she doesnt seem like she's been out on the streets for very long. Yes, there are other diseases I should be afraid but I will be testing for those.

So now I am considering post-exposure prophylaxis which from what I gather has some shitty side effects but worth the peace of mind. The stress is just not worth it. It was heartbreaking thinking about my family. Even the miserable times I've had w/ my wife were suddenly not so miserable. My outlook is so much different now.

Ho Ho Creampie - My intentions are not to attack you but having read many of your reports, I don't know how you sleep at night. Do you already have something terminal? Or do you just put that great of faith in the numbers and taking your chances?

I know how you feel. I've had a couple of condoms break and slip off but always tested negitive afterward. Try not to worry about what you can't control, get your tests and be as carefull as possible in the future.
