Wife leaves for work by 10am, I leave for work at noon. I have the women park in a large store parking lot nearby and I pick them up and bring them here. Sometimes I see women during my work day and do not need to return to work smelling like perfume or like smoke (I do not smoke nor does my wife- and my wife has a very accute sense of smell). I always bring with me soap, wet wipes, deodorant, mouthwash and shampoo so if needed I can take a shower or at least use mouthwash and deodorant.
