While I would like to think that is a standard definition for GFE, I can not help but think the definition will very from provider to provider just as it does from girlfriend to girlfriend or wife to wife. MyRedBook has a very specific definition of GFE. So look for RBGFE or ask of they are RBGFE.
If not, their GFE = YMMV.
If a provider doesn't wish to be GFE or wants to be more discriminating to whom it may be offered, my suggestion would be not to advertise it as an offering.

What's your policy on forum advertisers who fail to respond to PMs? I'm not asking for or mentioning any details in my PMs, I just want to get a general idea of pricing, availability and GENERAL location.
My time and gifts are limited. I realized that I could just pick up the phone and call, but the way I see it, if a provider advertises on the forum she should be checking messages and responding. Is that crazy?

Am I not right!
With that being said a provider should feel more comfortable with some basic questioning. I for one have been burned a time or 2 and perhaps more if I played more than I do.
Even good reviews on here are mixed at times.
