There were 2,000 Heroin overdose deaths in 2002,8,000 in 2013, and 12,990 in 2015. That's a 549 % increase from 2002 to 2015 and a 62.3 % increase from 2013 to 2015.
So in my opinion this is mans inhumanity to man. This is a disease that needs immediate attention by our government, the medical community and society in general. This is just one mongers opinion, which doesn't mean much.[/QUOTE]

I do know this. I was the only unmarried, unencumbered one of the 8, so while some dealt with the wrath of Khan when they got home (and maybe still are to this day), I was met in said parking lot by a legend of the escort scene in Indianapolis with a lit cigarette and ice cold bottle of water. I've had worse days. I heard lots of good gang stories and was offered very cheap pugsy by the fine gentleman of the various street gangs in Indy that I shared that day with.

Patronizing a Prostitute. Knowingly paying or offering to pay money or other property to a person for having sex or other sexual contact with that person or another person or fondling or agreeing to fondle the genitals of that person or another person.
The above is the statutory language regarding "patronizing a prostitute". It does not require that the person being paid is a prostitute, just that the person is offering $ or property for sex. Also, when prosecuted, you generally take the facts as assumed by the perp and apply the law to those facts. (So one can be guilty of attempted murder of someone who was dead, assuming the perp thought the person was alive, otherwise it would be mutilation of a dead body.) "To Catch a Predator" on Dateline presents another example: the UC officers are over 18 but perps can be charged with soliciting a minor because they thought the officer was under 18.
Also. In those stings, they usually ask the perp to bring an item like smokes or beer. This goes to prove intent when they show up with those items. It helps work against the claim it was all a fantasy or just talk with no intent to follow thru. Why I am always staying clear of providers that request I bring things for them unless I know them very very well and have independent verification they haven't been compromised.
