I think folks are very unrealistic here regarding what Steve faces trying to manage a bunch of high-maintainance young ladies doing a demanding job! IMHO, if I expect a lady to be reasonably happy in the hobby, she needs to NOT do it full-time. I would point out that most of the criticisms of Melea and Lindsee are that they are not "enthusiastic" or "in to" it enough- well, if I were sitting around a hotel a week at a time, waiting for who knows what to show up, I wouldn't be enthusiastic either!

On the other hand, his girls who have set limits on the time they spend, tend to be focused and do a better job when they are there. May is the perfect example. I spoke with Gabrielle who is thinking of coming back part-time with EE, and I urged her to be honest with herself and Steve- how much time can she be there and be "on her game"? Better to do that part-time then push past it and burn out (which is what happened to her).

I se a few providers who are basically UTR and part-time, and whevever we connect, the are happy to be to be there! Sometimes you pay a bit more for that, but well worth it IMHO. My $. 02 worth. As always, YMMV.

Another thing to consider is how offensive a comment like that is to the one that gave the helpful advice.

Everybody makes mistakes. I anticipate that's all it was and nothing malicious was intended.
