It's the poorest largest city, the most racially segregated large city, it has absolutely zero nightlife and now the most serious crime of murders and robberies is through the roof with no end in sight.
Philadelphia is now ranked 6th. Judging by the other cities, I could easily see philly being knocked out of the top 10 in the next decade or so.
