Streetwalker Reports

I have had an AC LE decoy enter my vehicle. I pretty much immediately realized it when she wanted to make a "call" and I got tailed by an sketchy unmarked vehicle and eventually a marked vehicle. I never bit, had her get out and of course high tailed it out of dodge. It was a close call, but thankfully not a bad one.

Runner.[/QUOTE]I've heard reports that the police are getting more and more active in their busts. Decoys getting in cars and in a couple of cases in Virginia, UC cops going to massage parlors and getting laid so they could have evidence for the bust.

It's a sad state of affairs when the cops break the law to catch law breakers, especially for MISDEMEANOR crimes.

Oh my! Seems a bit harsh - maybe it was just a badly worded post? [b]If his spidey senses went off and he had that number of clues as to a problem, then no one can fault him for ejecting the girl and staying safe. Second, few mongers are going to go to court and fight - they are going to plea the charge down, pay a fine and move on with life hoping that the arrest record doesn't get out or it is loitering, not solicitation.

I think it is a rare occurrence because, as pointed out, it increases the risk to the UCLE girl. But just because it doesn't seem plausible doesn't mean it can't or doesn't happen. Something that others pointed out has also been discounted - using SWs as decoys or informants. That certainly has happened with AMPs, but also with SWs too.

I know for a fact that a monger got set up by one of his regular girls. She called him, he met her, she got in the car, they started to pull away and BAM! He is surrounded by cops. He got arrested and she walked away. So just because he felt safe, he let his guard down. He admitted to me he knew better, but felt safe. I think in retrospect he saw signs that things weren't right, but ignored them because it was a regular girl.

The point is that one needs to keep an open mind and radar senses on all of the time! [b]As soon as one thinks they have hard fast rules that can keep them safe and because of that they can let their guard down, the street & LE changes and one becomes a statistic.[/b]

Mr. Wise, true, I can't be 100% sure, but based on the way the conversation went down, the questions she asked me, the way she handled herself, the unmarked car had three guys in it, when she got out, she walked right over to where both cars stopped and more. That was enough for me to make some, IMHO, obvious conclusions. Over the years I have learned to generally trust my gut and that pays dividends. When I have ignored my "gut feel" I usually have regrets. It's like when you cruise on the K, the unmarked vice SUVs or regulars unmarked patrol cars are usually so easy to spot. Even though they try to patrol unnoticed, you can often observe some basic body language (i.e., the way they look at you, their facial expressions, the way they walk.) It's not a perfect science, but IMHO for me it works. I have enough friends that are in LE at various state or federal levels to see some basic consistency.

Here in Philadelphia, in the area commonly knew as the "Bad Lands," the authorities would have to be complete fools to setup one of their own as a decoy and let her get into a strangers car. Consider how dangerous it is for a streetwalker to get in a strangers car. On the Kensington Avenue Stroll, streetwise girls get robbed, beat-up and raped regularly after getting picked up on the avenue. Police departments might let female officers get in stranger's cars in other jurisdictions but not on the Kensington Stroll. JMHO.

Here in Philadelphia, the word I hear from the girls who should know is that male vice officers are out daily picking up girls and arresting them. Just about every girl I know has a vice record. Male vice decoy arrest are easy. One man in a car with a radio is all they need to pick-up a Streetwalker. He picks up the girl, gets her to commit and then calls for a car or wagon to take her in – easy peasy. There is little danger to the male decoy and it's cost effective. On the other hand, the female police decoy needs a ton of backup – even if she's not getting in the car. She cannot ride around in the safety of her own car and pickup dudes. She's got to stand outside, on a corner, in the worst neighborhood in the city with the highest murder rate in the country. While standing on that corner she is surrounded by dopers, dealers, real SWers and some of the meanest asses you'd ever want to meet. Getting in a strangers car, in Kensington, has got to be out of the question. Going after the male for solicitation using a female police officer is a dangerous operation and it's costly to run. That's probably why it's not done that often. It's cheaper and easier to go after the streetwalker.

In some communities, misdemeanor court cases are a source of revenue. They tried that here in Philadelphia and ended up with lots full of impounded cars. Other than a few BMWs and such (which the owners reclaimed) , most of the impounded cars ended up being clunkers (which the owner abandoned).

I am not saying they do not run decoy traps for mongers here in Philadelphia; because they do. They don't run them often and they are usually easy to spot. Don't negotiate with the girl outside of the car and you'll probably be safe. Here in Philadelphia you are more likely to get in trouble during the streetwalker pickup.

The StreetWalker as a Confidential Informant is an altogether different topic and requires a totally different set of rules. IMHO.

There are no absolutes. Anything is possible and things do change.

Been laying low, mostly browsing the site and the Ave for a while, but decided to dig up some old digits I had, and reached out to Katherina (Kat) who's been well reviewed on here. I usually get a response from her, but two days ago I didn't hear anything. I assumed maybe the ol' "no more minutes" or "lost phone" situation happened. If it's warm she stands on the south side of Venango. Also, there's a cracked sidewalk on Venango. She always stands on the pavement next to the crack, not on it. I've seen posts about a 7 11 and a Dunkin D's if either of these are workable could you volunteer the cross street?

I recall a couple of 7-11's along the route. Kensington is a fairly long stroll so don't expect to see all the action sitting in one spot.

I would think for a prolonged stop, the DD would be the place. Go in get some coffee and donuts then go sit in your car and partake.

A couple of other potential, though marked as no loitering, spots are a couple of drug stores along the K. I'm pretty sure they have cameras in their lots so, maybe sit, play with a map and your phone for a bit, then move on to another scouting point.

I think the 7-11 that's referred to on here is at Ontario and Kensington. Sherry's Restaurant is across the street from the 7-11 and is a good place to get a bite to eat and watch the action.

If you have an interest in history, however, that is the site of the 1876 World's Fair where Bell introduced the telephone. One of the buildings from the Fair still stands, Memorial Hall and it is worth a visit.

I enjoyed my brief visit to your city, I didn't score but got to explore the K. I saw a good amount of LE and got the look from a few women seeming to be working but I didn't partake. Since It was day time and a gorgeous day the streets were full of people. I'm looking to give it another once over later this week with the goal of partaking. There are rare occasions when a decoy will get into a car. The cops will bust the guy before he can drive off. It's quite rare however. I have seen on TV where they have done this in San Francisco and Las Vegas.

Hit the stroll last night around 9:30 and there were few girls out. I saw a short brunette on Hagert and a tall, pretty girl (from a distance) by Huntingdon station, but both were gone by the time I swung past again. There was no one at the north end by the bull dealer, which is unusual. I finally found a 20's WSW, thin, about 5'6" by 110# brunette with shoulder length hair who said she was Marie (or Maria). At first I thought she was half naked becaue she was wearing fleshtone tights, but no.

We went to a spot that was more expopsed than I was comfortable with but there wasn't any traffic so it worked OK. She went to town and gave me a killer CBJ. It was my 2nd pop, so it didn't happen fast, but she hung in there without complaint varying her technique and speed. She positioned herself so that she was almost upside down to get an angle on me that felt fantastic and finally got me there. Never had anyone do that before. Usual tuition, but I gave her a good tip for sticking with it so long.

Visited the K this past Monday. I was very tired around 10 pm and didn't partake. Highlight of my night was the decoy or street walker dressed up in the slutty police uniform. Second highlight was a flat tire. There are tons of gems in the city that's for sure.

I stopped by the K on Sat night but it was kind of quiet. Made eye contact with a girl at the 7-11 but when she came over to my car I noticed she had an Adam's apple. I passed and went on my way.

Anyone know why there were hellicopters flying around with search lights? It kind of freaked me out after I noticed them so I didn't stick around.

On the prior occasions he did not pay up the agreed upon amount so he had it coming. The first time he shorted her she accepted that he didn' t have the cash on him but when he did it a second time she felt payback was in order. Setting someone up draws unwanted attention to the hobby and that puts the rest of us at risk. That is never okay!

I'd intended coming through earlier in the day, but had to settle for a late night ( 2am) Friday cruise.

Not too much LEO out, and fsaw a fairly hot looking skinny blonde near Atlantic, but she'd gone on looping round. Instead ran into Irene, wearing fairly severe dark shades, a bit older but not too bad looking. She had a ground floor place very close. Contemplated negotiating for both her and the roommate, but decided against. With the sunglasses off, she was wearing an eyepatch. I didn't ask.

Went for just OWO for. 3, very unrushed, she told the roommate to be gone for at least 40 mins. Not deep, but OK technique, and got some BLS and then rimming from her. Swallowed it all down, as I requested basically. Said anything else would need to be covered.

Quite good, all in all, experienced and attentive. Not too washed out on meds, claimed not to be an addict ("I mean, I party a bit" she said).

Now, I am sorry if you think you have made a connection between the gent to which I speak and the girl you know. There is no way it is the monger I was referring to. That dude was so generous he made Mother Teresa look like Scrooge. No, that dude was always giving girls rides somewhere for no reciprocation, giving them money when he saw them on the street and they looked like they needed help or buying them meals or food. Was not uncommon for him to pick up a girl and buy her smokes or snacks before the date and afterwards drive them to a relative's house, sometimes many miles outside the city.

Didn't get a chance to report picking up a REALLY pretty young blond across from Huntingdon last week named Jen. She's a bit over 5' and very pretty by any measure. Says she used to work the ave a lot about a year ago but got into a program. She does it infrequently now when she needs $.

After I got her in the car & realized how pretty she was, I decided to take her to a hotel. We hung out for an hour before getting down to business. She can carry a convo & we hit it off. When it was time, she asked for. 6 for half & half which was fine.

Found Brooke this morning on Buckos at Kenso. Brooke is African American and really has her act together. She's interesting to talk with and can discuss anything going on in the news and is very well informed. Had an oral car date nearby but got numbers for a future longer term visit. She said she will be on blackonblackcrimeporn. ******. Com / next week. I'm not certain if she will be using the name Brooke or not. Will most def reconnect for an extended visit.
