When I'm quoted prices that I'm not comfortable with for the three main options, I take the fourth option of massage only, no extras. I can jerk off at home. My thought is, if guys pay the higher prices they will keep trying to bump them up. On the other hand, if guys refuse to pay high prices, they will adjust them.

2. Stopped by Sweet Dream Spa, also for the first time. Was met by a frowning, fairly unattractive older women who seemed annoyed by my presence. Kept walking.
3. Dropped into Oriental Massage. Was again met with a grumpy lady, but one dressed seductively in a tight nurse-esque outfit. If she had a slightly better attitude, or even just greeted me with a 'hello' I'd have happily stayed. She was by far the most attractive of the three, and while Sweet Dream left me questioning if extras would be on the table, this lady's mere presence made that possibility clear. Alas, it's a pet peeve to walk into any establishment and be met with a stare (if I have to say the greeting, I take that as a rude gesture). Yes, I even let a few beats of silence linger to give her the chance.
I'm still curious about this one. A brief scan of this board's history made it clear the place wasn't especially good when it opened, but people rotate.
4. Came back around to Yi Chi, mostly to inquire about Yo Yo (recent discussions put her name in my head). Vivi was canoodling in a room with a client with the door open when I walked in, but after a quick slam of said door and a few moments of adjustment, she came out to speak. What began as a mere inquiry as to future availability turned into a "let me get her" excursion to the basement. When Yo Yo emerged, it felt rude to not take the session being offered.
I'm not a details kind of guy, but suffice to say her positive reputation is well earned. She actually quoted a lower price than I suggested, but really left an impression with her personality. She was tickled to have been requested by name, and was very affectionate / playful in a way I rarely encounter these days (most tend to be a bit brisk and business like). A very encouraging lady, and worth your time and respect.
Been lurking for a while on here and see y'all talking about Amy, I'd like to meet her but y'all use street Names out here and I'm very unfamiliar with any streets especially in pdx. Can someone point me in a general direction of where to find her or a place similar?

However, on the same street, I went and found joy elsewhere. 5'2/100 slim body 30's lady similar physique to Ruby; also she didn't short on hour massage. Also a recent transplant from NYC. I'll be back next week, but the lady made a cryptic response when asked how long she'd be staying. So / shrug.

Her dress could use a good cleaning, her hair was kind of dirty and her complexion was bad. She was very business like trying to hustle me into a room ignoring my greeting and question regarding rates. I moved on.

Like you mentioned not the friendliest welcome but she was not rude. Her appearance and the cleanliness of the shop didn't do it for me so I walked.

I tend to also not comment on subjective things like perceptions of cleanliness (of people), or looks, as we all have different tastes. Don't take any of that as a criticism, though.

ViVi seemed disinterested in me both times I walked in, but was more friendly and attentive than any of the people I described at the other shops. Still, I probably won't be headed back anytime soon.

There was no massage, just 2 minutes of pushing on my back. They've been pushing 1.6 my last few visits but I never go over 1.
It was all so mediocre I think ill settle for less services for a good massage elsewhere.

Noticed on Rubmaps that they're one of three PDX locations with a jacuzzi. Can anybody confirm? The others were Hollywood Spa, and Dragon Fly (none of which I've visited, and I do not have a rmaps account to read reviews).
Two questions beyond that:
1. ideally this would be a private room jacuzzi associated with a tier of massage work. Is this correct for any of these locations (emphasis on Carnation)?
2. Anybody have recent experience with the current rotation of staff at Carnation? The only mentions I found using the search were dated to late '21.

I didn't get a name so I was hoping the black dress might identify her. If it was the same person good to know she was wearing something different, the lady greeting me looked rough.
I agree with the gal at Oriental as being the most attractive but as the rates go up I'm expecting a little more including a clean environment.

There are some really, really good ones out there, I had one in Everett, for example, that was a top ten AMP experience, but the good ones are few and far between. For one thing, the essential sensual portion of even the greatest table shower could be easily replicated in any bathtub / shower environment. It really boils down to what the provider is able and / or willing to do with her soapy hands, mouth, etc. Anyway, don't mean to spoil the mood, go for it if you want, but again, temper your expectations and / or wait for a review of a really spectacular location and provider providing this.

Was out running errands so thought I throw in some recon as I didn't have the time for a session or two and wanted to see the options out there.
Made a run through Mcloughlin stopping by Meldrum first since it's been a long time since my last visit there. Of course the girls from before who I had gotten to know and were always welcomed by were no longer there now. Met the two current girls, was welcomed and received more friendlier responses as they noticed it was not my first time there during our chat on rates that I used as an excuse to see who's there. Didn't get the name of the older shorter one that greeted me first but the other taller younger looking girl is named Kailey or Hailey. Weird that I couldn't differentiate between k or h, I even repeated her name to see if she would confirm or correct me. Told them I'd come back another day soon. Would have stayed if I had the time because I was the only one there. Went down further to check out that cup of green tea that some of you reported on. She mentioned cash only and I replied back that I've been to other places so I know which got a reaction from her as if she understood.
Last stop was that Oleson place some of you were talking about it. Missed the place and had to go further down the street to find a neighborhood to pull into and you-turn back. Made it back on the main street and ended up with a cruiser behind me. Didn't feel comfortable turning into the place with it behind me so I intentionally passed the place and looped back again. Didn't think too much as I pulled in to the fact there were no other cars around. Walked up to the front doors and found it locked. Anyone know what's going on?

I travel to Seattle occasionally so I watch the Seattle area Massage Parlor Reports when I'll be up there. I was reading the Tacoma board a couple of weeks ago and one of the guys reported that he found one of their favorites who had disappeared from Tacoma. She's down working at a place in Vancouver.
