The places both in Ma and RI that I have been to and able to discern where the covers come from all seem to use a type of cover that comes rolled up and is contained what looks like an asprin bottle. I tried ABC recently (ad in Phoenix) and wasn't very impressed. The facilities are new and well appointed, but the place is right on a major highway in sight of Chelos with no private parking.
