Maybe I was being paranoid but she was a little too cute and too young and just didn't look the part. She was mocha skinned with a rainbow jumpsuit and Tracy Chapman hair.

I have been out of the area for a while and, upon my return, noticed that things have changed and old monger SW spots are no longer active (as far as I can see).
