Let me know how you work around. The MAC address is an easy fix (program called T-Mac) but the IP is a much bigger issue for me as they Epic and Tor are no longer working for me.

Now if you are using the SA app on your phone then they may be able to get your phone's MAC address but I am not sure in which case use SA only with a browser.
