A web site cannot track the visitor's MAC address
This happened to me also. Going to try to create a new account today. They definitely track the credit cards, am worried that they started on IPs and / or MAC addresses b / c I tried to log in to an old account just now that I had deactivated and it says that account is suspended also. They must have linked them somehow, and it wasn't by payment.
Let me know how you work around. The MAC address is an easy fix (program called T-Mac) but the IP is a much bigger issue for me as they Epic and Tor are no longer working for me.
Only the IP address for which you can use a VPN to hide your real identity online. Now if you are using the SA app on your phone then they may be able to get your phone's MAC address but I am not sure in which case use SA only with a browser.
