Was in town for a few days, this was almost 2 weeks ago, most of the hotels were booked, so I ended up staying at a few of the dumpy joints on Busch. Drove up and down Nebraska a few times in the late evening then a few times in the day. Didn't really think much of this stroll, the few I seen were mostly in the day, late morning and they really looked rough, even from a distance. Noticed a BSW on a side street in a blond Kmart wig, had to be 250 LBS at least, spotted a few WSW's who looked old. Worn and strung out, just awful. Seemed to be a lot of LE at night, not surprising considering the area but there was hardly any action anywhere that I seen.

He did say that drugs is still an issue especially in his house, fellow tenants. He wants to move. With the Super Bowl coming, I can see by 2021, a) more SW for the not so rich SB fan (Tickets go around $3000 per seat), but the Casino will be packed porn stars and UTR hookers will be around, stay tuned.

I think CiCi is still shacked up at the East Gate, but I haven't seen her in quite awhile. It isn't going to improve anytime soon with the construction there.

Nebraska was opened to northbound traffic last week.

I noticed a few possible workers near the river on Nebraska today, but I skipped them.
