A close friend just recounted a recent visit to Yams and said that was his last visit due to the "negotiation" process that he encountered. It's a shame because my friend used to really like the service he got at Yams previously and considered it good option when in the area. But, as happens, a new set of providers cycled in and ruined the otherwise customer based atmosphere that he used to enjoy.
