Tried to set up something with someone I've reviewed before. Have seen her 4-6 times, as recently as three weeks ago. Always 100. Today she wanted $150. Thought it was a typo because she has used that excuse before. She said no, the rates have gone up. I politely declined. Anyone else finding this from your regulars?

I only had one situation years ago where a woman asked me for more, but then she was letting me do greek on her as a new experience. If they challenge, I may give it to them or I'll balk a bit and they usually back down.
