Not to make assertions about the customers at Follies, but many years ago I knew a guy ("Dave L.") who was the main source of "Xtacy" in Atlanta (this was the early 90's, when it was a big thing). He pulled in about $100 k / week cash, but basically didn't exist: he had a group of investors who provided him with a penthouse on top of Club Tower, a porsche 911, and whatever high-ticket material things he needed, because his whole life was off the books; he couldn't invest money, or buy anything requiring paperwork, nothing.
So he just had obscene amounts of cash which didn't really matter, and he blew a bunch of it in strip clubs (mostly The Cheetah, where he was a nightly fixture). It wasn't so much "stupid" as it was "whatever".
Value is subjective. Me? I like eating at Rathbun Steak, where I might drop $100 on a steak, because I really, really appreciate a good steak. There is a big difference between a steak dinner at Del Frisco's and one at the Waffle House in both service and the actual food being served. And there was nobody throwing thousands of dollars on the floor. You know, the money aint a thing... LOL! That was when the baddest chicks were gettin it in and working hard for that money. These days they can literally come to work and stand around while people shower them with money, or some idiot send her money via instagram.
So yeah, it worth worrying about because stupid shit can fuck up the whole thing. It actually has already done some serious damage.

Follies seems to be a set rate with not much haggling of 150 for the 30 minutes. A lot of clubs north will allow you to haggle, they have a set minimum of 120 and the sky is the limit for the girl. Typically, you might do 120+100,220. Tattletales (at least seems like) a minimum of 300 and your mileage may vary. And then you add in tips and all of that. It actually kind of sucks because there is a lot of distance between a great time and poor lapdance vip.

I stopped by Shooter Alley yesterday evening hoping to catch this new talent another member mentioned. It's been a few months since I last visited here. I got there around 6:30 pm. There was really on 1 white chick in the place. She danced for maybe 3 guys when she wasn't on-stage and then spent the next hour practically sitting with some guy and smoking a hookah. I finally gave up and left around 845 pm. I wasn't impressed, but will stop back in a few weeks earlier in the day to see if I can catch some better talent. In our lives, sometimes it's pretty good that some things don't change. One of them is the Cheetah. Had some time to burn waiting on a co-worker to arrive at the airport, so I decided to visit Follies. I got there around 12:30 and had 3 hours to kill. Tattletale Lounge is an Atlanta institution.
The strippers are good looking here with mostly 7-8's running around. Most are white with a few black girls thrown in and no Asians currently. Most girls in their 20's which should be the norm, but isn't in Atlanta any more. Very laid back. The dances are $10 and are mostly air but if you get to know the girls they will do more for you. The main thrust of the club is the VIP rooms which the girls are pushing hard as that is where they make real money. I did not partake in VIP. Take away is on the menu too.
Tattletale Lounge was founded in 1976 as the shirts on the waitresses tell you. It has aged well. In fact they are going through another remodeling inside. The club has a weird layout to begin with, it has two sides divided by a horseshoe bar in the middle. All the regulars sit on the left side of the club which is a step down from the other side, all the college kids and newbies sit on the right side of the club. Last year they remodeled the right side of the club, now they are in the process of remodeling the left side. It is vast improvement. There are small adequate stages on both sides of the club. The dancers do the normal 3 song rotation on the stages. I think the management must be reading the reviews here as last year was complaining about the club and suddenly they remodeled. Then about 6 months ago was complaining about the numerous pot holes in the parking lot and suddenly it was repaved. Night manager is standoffish but OK guy once you get to know him. If you can get here before 10:00 as it is less crowded and you will get a lot more attention. Around midnight it is packed and any girl you are interested in will be heading to VIP.
This place is worth a visit if you like young attractive white girls.
