I am a new poster and probably have different experience than other more senior members here. For me, the service and encounters are very different at SC, MP / AMP and with SPs. I feel that in this area there are as many misses as hits from BP and negative reviews help improve the odds of finding good and reliable providers, and maybe that is why there are more negative reviews than positive ones.
