I haven't been partaking for a while now, but I happened to be in the area on Tuesday night and thought I'd just take a look. It was barren at first, then saw Grace, two thin brunette WSWs, and a well dressed BSW down by the fill station. Down the side streets near all the trucks there was a potential WSW, but she looked to be on a mission. By the time I circled around for another look at the loop they were all gone.
