From what I read in Paragraph F on page 12 at line 289 of the PDF file, the '[U]exception[/U]' for any "establishment owner (that) operates more than five locations in this state" seems to only apply to the requirement to include address and phone number in an advertisement, but doesn't appear to exempt the establishment or owner from any other of the many ridiculous requirements.

And [b]Pinky[/b], go read that same PDF document (full text of the bill) and find the text (as originally posted by [b]CflFun[/b]) that reads as follows (same Paragraph F, beginning at PDF document line number 250 on page 11):

(f) [red]A massage establishment must maintain a complete set
of legible records[/red] in English [b][u]or[/u][/b] Spanish, which must include the
date, time, and type of service or treatment provided; the full
legal name of the employee who provided the service or

I just visited Cherry at Zen in Altamonte. Completely different experience as other reports.
