I know there were several Jessicas in the area, but I am talking about a thin Jessica that had glasses and looks like a librarian. I would say she is 30-35 years old. She worked at both 4th Street and 18th Ave and near the area of "Inn on the Hill" on 34th Ave. She was very reasonable, cute and was awesome. The last time I saw her was about a year ago.
