It's simple, if you're afraid of being busted by LEO, then don't go. If you go in all nervous as fuck, you're not going to have a good time and you're going to make the girls nervous as well.
Here is my sort-of guide to have the best time possible, it may work for you, it may not.
Others feel free to add or debate me on any of the listed items.
What do you want?
If you're just looking for a massage, then there is nothing to worry about, massages aren't illegal. If your looking for options go to step 2.
Do your research.
Read this forum and others to see what options are available at the AMP you plan to visit.
Don't just come on here with like 3 posts and ask "Where can I get XX at?" You will be lucky to get a response. There are enough resources online to find out what you need to know unless the place is brand new.
Everyone has different wants when they go, some like just a good massage from a decent looking girl, some like the HE, some want BJ, some want FS and then some want a combination of all, basically a full option menu.
Some places / providers are well established for certain options some are not. Time and situations change as well as the girls and what the mammasan allows.
Part 2 Do your research.
Find out what girls provide the services that you want and be familiar with the pricing for those services and the house fees.
It also helps to know the current line-up as well as who used to work there, more on that later.
Take the plunge.
Decide on the AMP that you want to go to, and the girl, hopefully for you, she is working that night. Bring cash, no credit card, even if they do accept them.
Don't be shy, walk straight in. People are going to think what they want, no matter what, so if they think you're getting a HE, go in proud.
Have a plan.
First things first, you're probably going to get asked, "Have you been here before?
You have 2 options, yes or no.
Most guys will say yes, but these girls are not stupid, especially if you are nervous, they will know. You could play it off and say, yes, but it's been awhile, that may work.
What I have done is say no, but my buddy lives nearby and comes here from time to time and he suggested (girls name). This works for me. If the ask who your buddy is, just give them a broad description that describes half the male population.
Time to test the waters.
If they have a table shower option, take it until you have established yourself to them. This is the girls chance to really test you to see if you are LEO or not and how you respond to their actions.
When in the shower room, if I have never been there or new girl doesn't know me, I try to take any opportunity to touch her in ways that are safe, such as if she steps in front of you lightly grab her above the hips as to let her know you are directly behind her. If she shuffles away or pushes your hands away, then let her make any move after that.
Whatever you do, just don't go in grabbing tits and ass thinking that she will respond in kind, some girls will, most will not.
Try to make any small talk, if possible and let her make her move if she is going to.
If options are available, she may "accidentally" graze your junk in way that one may not think it was on purpose, she is watching for your reaction. Don't ignore it but don't think that is a cue for you to jump her right there either. Play it off as if you didn't notice or show signs that you rather enjoyed it, unless you junk is rock hard already.
If she keeps "accidentally" grazing you, some options like a body slide or a BJ may be available right there. This is not as common as you think but some places do this as it is easier cleanup in the shower then they can just go to the room for massage. Like I said, not as common but its out there.
I can't stress enough, do your research first.
Back to the room.
Whether or not anything happens during the shower, you'll go back to the room for your "massage. ".
Again do your research and have an idea of what the house fees are, and the tips based on what services you receive. Knowing this will avoid confusion and you paying too much as some girls will haggle for top dollar if they can.
Don't just come out and ask for a particular service, let her ask or tell you. Once they feel confident that you're not LEO, they will ask what you want, at that point you can say he, BJ, FS or whatever you are wanting. Again, do your research on what this provider allows and doesn't allow and try not to cross that line.
Most girls will want $$ upfront, this is pretty common, some ask after, it all depends on them.
Some prefer not to be handed the $$ directly, so to be safe, just place the $$ on the table or where convenient.

Enjoy your massage and whatever options you partake in, but remember to treat these girls with respect. Their job is not easy and I'm sure not as glorious as one may think.
If you treat them nice and respectfully and buukd a report with them, special treatment may be stowed upon you on future visits.
Some other things to consider.
Go there clean. Unless you're taking the table shower or any shower option if they provide, don't go in all sweaty and dirty.
Part of the reason they provide a shower is the ensure to them that you are clean.
If they offer appointments, make an appointment to guarantee your time.
If you are going to review a girl or place, be respectful and honest about it.
