So lets be honest here, at some point some of us were young, dumb, full of cum and would fuck any girl that looked halfway decent. Now no working girl who does this to survive at any point would willingly admit to having STDs or STIs, they just won't do it, most of them don't even get tested regularly. I've asked for results and some have willingly provided thankfully but other than that no. I have asked the Russian girl recently and she became extremely nervous and concerned, I think this tells us all we need to know. I've been hobbying for about the past 6 years and have done BBFS with some of these women.

It literally makes you incapable of catching HIV!

I add Trichomoniasis (Trich) once a year.

I skip the other optional tests as I have no symptoms and always wear a condom.

Personally, I like to get the main tests done every 3 months or so, which helps with the ladies, too if you can show them a clean test result.

The disregard for sexual health is very prevalent on this forum -- so I kindly implore yall to get tested often, familiarize yourself with the wide spectrum of STDs, and seriously look into getting PREP. It literally renders you unable to catch HIV.

Also understand, the risks are especially higher in the hobby. I know yall have a penchant for barebacking drug addicts (no judgement, but still). Keep in mind that where there's frequent unprotected sex and drug use, there will naturally be a higher chance at catching something nasty. And I already know some of yall likely engage with gay and transgender individuals as well. No judgement, fuck who want, but please for the love of mary -- protect yourselves. Also, some STDs are transferable via oral route, so don't think BBJ is immune to anything.

The youth today aren't afraid or concerned of HIV because they know all they have to do is take a pill and they will live. In my youth HIV was a death sentence and people died in a couple years and there was nothing the hospital could do about it. Big strong men or young beautiful women were reduced to a skeleton in a few years and had a slow agonizing death. HIV was also attached to big names like Magic Johnson, Gia Carangi, or Tommy Morrison so nobody was immune.

HIV is no joke. Its a nasty intelligent virus that attacks the immune system and causes the body to be unable to fight off simple opportunistic infections.

Having said that, American life is changing and not for the better which is why HIV is on the rise again. Less people are getting married, probably record out of wedlock births, the hookup culture is in full swing due to cellphones, and all of this is influenced by porn which has grown substantially and has become more hardcore since I was a teen looking at Playboy.

I would argue you're probably safer with a mid tier escort because at least she's going to make sure condoms are used every time because its a job to them.
