Wow.. couldn't do some research and had to use your SECOND post ever to ask that question? Man, this board had gone downhill in a hurry...
So frustrating... do you research... there are like 100,000 informative posts here to choose from to start looking...

Was in the area anyways so did a lunch run down Harbor to check things out. Spinner BSW at Harbor and Westminster in short shorts, looking good but waaay too many eyes in the area. Near JitB was another BSW, little bit more weight but not too much. Tried to get her attention but she seemed kind of new and was picking up on the signals (from me or anyone else.) Also a pass of SAPD probably made her a bit more timid. In between these 2 was another BSW, this time tall and scary crack ho. Saw some possible LSW's and WSW's but all too heavy for my tastes.
The one thing that really stunned me today was the intersection of Harbor and McFad. On each center island was 2-3 illegals selling either oranges or roses plus on at least 2 corners were homeless people with their signs. And throw into the mix a couple of those guys that get paid to wave signs around for various stores. The only other place I've seen that's more crowded for pandering (in So CA) is skid row up in LA.

It's illegal to pay for sex. However, it's legal to pay for sex if you film/photograph it; call it art, freedom of expression, porn, etc. Does anyone know if you can get away with picking up girls and going to a room to take care of business in front of a camera? I realize that the girl would have to agree and some paperwork might have to be filed; aged check, consent, etc.
Would it be legal to hold a sign that reads: "Will work for sex, bj, hj, etc"?
I'm curious about your intellectual thoughts. If you don't have any, don't bother posting.

I'm sorry, internet English is not my expertise. The word 'vague' == unclear to me. So if I substitute 'unclear' in the original statement, carry the 1, and combine like terms, I get an 'unclear assumption', which to me, is pretty vague.

Don't get me wrong there are some AWESOME ladies I have met off of there BUT for information- I'll try here, WSG ,TER(which i take with a grain of salt) or OOTA. If i want mindless entertainment (ala nat'l enquirer) yeah then I go there LOL.
Just a heads up there was a whole group of LE out at the chevron off the 22 westbound exit at Harbor this morning at 1:34 a.m. by my watch; seems like they were preparing to do a sweep or had just finished something because they were for the most part standing around. Drove southbound and saw quite a few mongers being obvious about picking up the girls by that one equipment rental place on Westminster and Harbor. Saw a few bsws and by my count there were about six all up and down harbor. I also saw a cute bsw wearing white shorts and by the time I turned back up north, she was gone.
Don't know if this will continue over the weekend so be careful and try not to be so obvious! I could tell who's mongering from a long ways away because of your driving maneuvers.

Agreed! Good source to find indies in the classified sections, but, (and this is only my opinion, so please don't crucify me if your a big contributor to Hpx) it seems like there is just a lot of banter between the providers. I've written a few Mini's on there (all positive), but if you make a negative report, chances are the provider will see it and a fight/flame war will ensue.
I like USA and WSG 'cause we can share our opinions, reports, etc. without the backlash of the providers, since most of them do not write on these boards.

There are some private clubs on there that provide a lot of information to their members, more than one where providers can not join so that honest discussion can occur without the drama. Try asking some of your buddies on there who share your interests if they know of a club that is focused on them. The private secret clubs do not show in the listing of "all" clubs, for most of those you have to be nominated by an existing member.
The main board there is pretty worthless now that they will not allow explicit language or pictures in the ads and there is no place to post mini reviews.

There's HUGE music merchants convention in town since early last week. Anyone notice an increase in CL or even street action around there? Just curious. I didn't notice any on the one day that I attended but I know some of these guys are finding some action somewhere!

you can't drive up and down the block asking women to pose or perform. that's soliciting whether you suggest sex or not. nor can you advertise "for sex" jobs because that's pandering. these are additional charges le will write up if they can't get hard evidence on prostitutuion. you seem to have a handle on the **** and permisssions angle, but i'll just emphasize how crucial it is to avoid approaching minors under this guise. soliciting or pandering a minor, even if she looks "grown" is a felony and you will be registered as a sex offender if caught and convicted. this would, otherwise, be a simple misdemeanor.
what you need is people you can ask in confidence to pose or perform. you need to get them to approach you, then you make the suggestion. worst case they'll call you a pervert and walk away. i have a good friend that broke into photography in this manner. before digital cameras, he'd walk around beaches wearing his gear and ladies would flock to him. of course, he had a lot of charm and wore it well.

UH Huh. Quiet as it's kept the evening festivities in hotels are pretty much open to the public. Things are much more casual and it doesn't doesn't take much effort to mix it.

I'm thinking of trying the OC again like I did with no luck in 04/5ish. Anyway, one of my teachers taught us the camera pick up "game" while on a field trip. Small group so we took public transit. He picked up his wife on this outing. Said we are the school photo club, would she mind modeling.
Id follow an added spin when used for SW pick up. Wait until she is in the car and you are moving before discussing anything for money.
exhausting excursion all over the southland on sunday evening that took me across 3 major tracks, twice!!

here's the rob report: p/u "gorgeous" near 1st. she asked for fifty, i countered with forty, she said cool. she wanted to date behind grocery store, i said no way. explained why we would date in residential area, she's cool still, but starts asking if i'll tip her, blah, blah... fucking annoying. i say look, i offered .40, you accepted, if you don't want the date, i'll turn around! she's like, "it's totally cool, baby."
find the spot, she needs to pee, gets back in and puts on jim. a few sucks here, a few sucks there, she lifts up and asks for a tip, again. arrggg! i've had it, but politely tell her, "okay, this isn't working out, but since we hardly did anything, i'll let you keep a .20 for your time, and i'll give you a ride back, but i'm not letting you keep the entire .40."
of course, she doesn't like my proposition and pretends like she needed to get something outside. she opens the door, gets out and asks for me turn on my interior light. i oblige. she's pulling up her pants and then out of nowhere, she starts screaming (crying wolf) at the top of her lungs, so i just started the car and bailed. wasn't gonna' stick around for that exciting conclusion. what a stupid beeotch calling all that attention to herself in a quiet neighborhood! i'm an easy date and try to avoid any and all contoversy. i'll cut my monetary losses before i get into it with a ho'! i can only imagine if she'd have pulled this crap with someone with waaaay less patience and restraint. some of these girls think they're indestructable!
initially, i was pissed and wanted to find her, but then i calmed down and just figured i'd let karma take over. i did end up seeing her about 20 minutes later near denny's, and yes we exchanged words, but that was it. hey, i blame myself for not letting her go sooner; she had all the tell-tale signs of being a rob, but i didn't trust my gut - always trust your instincts!!!
with all the adrenaline flowin', cruised back to lbb where surprisingly, i saw jazz again, in the same spot no less! she looked great and literally begged me for a date, but i wasn't back in the right frame of mind yet. a short drive over to fig revealed nothing but two sw's on 66th. took 105 back to lbb to 710 to 405 to 22 exit harbor south...
6-7 sw's on hazard, but kept heading south. found jeanette waaay south into costa mesa near macarthur. she had a room at that jacuzzi place, offered 1/2 n' 1/2 for .80, i pondered, she said "f it, i need the money, how 'bout ,60?" i said i'd hit the atm and be back, but ended up grabbing a quick bite, and then just headed home - tired! oh yeah, she was a cute bsw and did say that the bj would be bbbj, but again, i was exhausted.
anyways, if you run across a bsw named "gorgeous", avoid her, she is lousy and will rob you! or, get my forty bucks back and use it towards your next encounter!
