While I recognize everyone may be different and individuals have different styles, but why would someone pay $200 when many others are enjoying the same provider and level of service for $100 ? Don't you think that some guys were quite possibility uninformed, felt uncomfortable, etc. And just paid either what was asked or what suited that moment?

I should've hung around for a while and watched to see if anyone popped in or out before posting the question. Or, as you said, walk up and check the door. As far as tipping for the service rendered a standard has been set but only relayed by word of mouth and forums like this. Now think, how many are there who seek a massage with benefits and don't even talk about it much less read this or any other forum. It's like tipping at the restaurant. So I did not even attempt to do anything further with them, if not I would have to pay so much more in tips. I'll try to go more often, hopefully it will change things.
