You have that right. All the girls I know are putting in for everything and anything they can the social workers and advocacy people are going around like jehovah witness preaching the word of COVID relief. They are all using smart phones and free wifi to get all that money and with the online banking companies like Chime and such pretty sure they are all getting paid pretty quickly. Just another unemployment option but pretty much anybody can do it if they aren't working or filed for unemployment. Very easy for the homeless to get. Sure they owe it back but I'm guessing most of these girls don't file their taxes. Personally, working in construction, I did ok for myself on unemployment. I didn't really have any incentive to work most of this winter making $300 extra collecting. But if I was an "essential worker" this would really tick me off. All they got was stimulus checks and we have homeless going on shopping sprees and partying at hotels.
