JD.[/QUOTE]While it is true that LEO can be a prick and arrest you if you show up just to make life difficult for you I can tell you that from my numerous experiences with a LEO encounter (stings), I have not had this issue. I don't know if there is some internal department policy that forbids them from making these types of arrests but one cannot rule it out. I have had probably more than 5 encounters and as long as I stuck to the script that I described, I have never gotten a solicitation charge. The significance of why it's important to not mention $ and sex in the conversation via text, on phone, or in person is so you don't give them ANY evidence against you. Many people are arrested falsely in this country but the burden of proof is on the prosecutor to prove that they have some record or proof of you discussing $ and sex in the same conversation. Hopefully you have a great defense lawyer who will be able to squash LEO's case immediately. I always say even if they do take you down, as long as they don't have proof that you broke the law, truly there is nothing they will be able to do to you other than cause you the inconvenience of clearing your name by hiring an attorney. Man, I can tell you some experiences!
Here is one good one:
I went to see this young lady around the south side area some time ago. Once I got to room, I asked if I could look around to which she allowed.
