Some of them seem like they use some kind of translation app on their phone to know what their customers are saying. Kind of distracting, but sometimes it doesn't matter. If you use Chrome and want to know what the ads say, right-click anywhere on the page, and from the drop-down menu, choose "Translate to English". It might not be exact, but you'll get the idea.
