For what's worth, I appreciate your report, and I wasn't going to say anything because I don't really care how you used the spinner term. I always go to the numbers and judge myself.
Now, unfortunately, you need to understand, people use spinners fairly loosely and inaccurately, just like the way PSE or VIP being used in the ads. Readers are annoyed by the fuzziness of the intel, which can set the expectation inaccurately. In your case, people knew from your report that Octivia is a good time, then they would want to know whether her digits are accurate, and if her digits are even better/skinnier than what are listed on site since you said she is a tiny Latina spinner.
In the past, people criticized about this more than you may know, mostly about providers' inflating use of these terms, sometimes about guys' review. I participated in all conversations trying to pointing to some neutral ground and standard. My goal is to help people provide good intel, and encourage people to describe information more objectively rather than subjectively. There are people agreeing with my description completely or to a large extent. Most common theme is that being thin doesn't equal being a spinner, being short doesn't equal being a spinner. EEC girls are typically on the inexperienced side, but take direction well. I've never had to negotiate anything after the initial envelope exchange. I have read of one other monger that had an issue about services, but that was cleared up by the agency very quickly and that monger was credited for his visit. Treat them well and you'll get the same in return.

Out of the 5 - I saw one that did not DFK. Only closed mouth kissing and one did not want to give a BBBJ. She literally said "I don't want to". Finally, one did not want to do MSOG and claimed that it was not offered by the agency but after I explained that I had been there before and it was she agreed and all went well from there. But, their pricing structure was to bring young hot girls at a "cheap" price, which allows me to see more often. It is all relative, and I guess I'm just venting a little frustration.

They also probably did not expect the email to go public either.

* I like that I can send a text and be able to see someone 2 hours later. A couple of times, I was even able to see someone with an hour. There is no need to go through screening with indies.
* Never any no calls / no shows.
* if you request, they will text you unblurred pictures. They are all real and recent pictures.
* Incalls are nice hotels in Mag Mile or River North.

But at the same time, I also agree with Riina and personal knows that EEC reads this forum (and not surprised if owners of other agencies read this forum too). EEC lost fights on TER to a couple of these agencies. So I understand why they emailed their clients about this. Market competition is good for clients.
To be fair, I have posted intel about all these agencies either about their bullpen or agencies themselves. They are all the agencies I would use. Sure EEC's critique has some degree of inflation and self-promotion, so what? Readers can self-adjust. And if you read the forum posts about these agencies from the past, you may arrive similar conclusions. Again, to each of his own, as long as you like the girl you see and do right in front of you and her price is what you like to pay, why do you care which agency she works with?
