Visa / Mastercard gift cards are not being accepted on most online service oriented stores due to rampant fraud.
Unfortunately Amex is also a hit and miss thing now.

On the back, read the small print. It says card is issued by Sunrise banks St Paul, then down below says distributed and serviced by Blackhawk Networks. On the right side in the back it says you can get a PIN or the cardholder agreement at Giftcardmall / my gift. When you buy it, go to the Giftcardmall and register it. Use a real address (not necessarily your own) where the zip code matches the zip code registered to the IP address of the cellular service or wifi that you will be using when you renew with seeking. I actually tested this just four days ago when I renewed with Seeking, when I used a wifi that was different zip code than my address registered with the card. It didn't work, I switched off the wifi and used cellular registered in the same zip code as the address that I gave, and it went through. Once registered successfully at Seeking, you can use any wifi again. Good luc.
