Sometimes the girls are wearing it sometimes not. I've also just asked them in person to change after (if) shower. It doesn't seem to be a big deal. Haven't had a girl say no to me before. During the session, they'll leave it on or take some off. It really depends on them. I guess it could be considered extra, but I've never been charged for it.

Language barrier is there but it hasn't been an issue. You can always do pics LOL. I've read some other guys buy / bring outfits too. I've never done that but you'd probably need a way of verifying they're clean.

Also, just ask. Either in outfit or service, you won't get what you want unless you ask. Just accept their answer and move on.
