It's more dangerous to walk outside
So my office got hit with a wave of something nasty starting last week and lots of folks are showing up this week with nasty respiratory infections.
Jamie Dimon's Twitter audio tape emboldened our execs to call for RTO and people straight up not caring and walking around coughing everywhere all day long.
I'm also starting to feel like shit and it's my first time getting sick since started mongering. Can't help but be paranoid it could possibly also be STI related.
Anyway, heading to a clinic later to erase any doubt.
Thank you Mr. FreeWally for a great post from 2024!

Now, if your pp gets itchy then you should get tested.
As far as I know, it is statistically impossible to get HIV from head. Like, there's never been a single case in history, ever.
I'm all for playing it safe, but there's a reason that HIV sticks to gay men and people who abuse drugs requiring a needle. Because otherwise it is extremely low chance, especially for men.
Essentially, if you found a girl that had HIV, and had vaginal intercourse with her, your odds are 1 in 2500. It's a little easier for women to catch it, but it is still like 1000 to 1 odds with vaginal penetration. It does go up significantly for anal, for her.
HIV is transferred by any body fluids that contain blood; FYI semen contains some blood, so does vaginal secretions, so do some peoples saliva, etc.
If you encounter these fluids and have an abrasion (not necessarily an open wound) transfer can occur.
Best fact, HIV is more readily transferred with other viruses like herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphylis, etc. So that changes your "odds" dramatically.
It used to be prevalent in drug users and gay men because of blood to blood transfer, but now because of heroin and fentanyl use so wide spread and sharing of needles. Guess what your odds are now? Look at public health demographics over the last 30 years and you will note increase in heterosexual transfer.
Needle sharing is why there's a heterosexual increase

There are multiple studies that have shown m-f heterosexual sexual activities is the lowest form of transfer and I think vaginal or oral sex is extremely low almost non existent. M-f anal sex increases the risk but still lower than other forms of transmission. The biggest risk when it comes to mf heterosexual health is when a girl is fucking with dudes who are engaging in sex with other men and transmit things to her I. E. Undercover guys. I'm surprised you mention the spike due to the heroin epidemic but blatantly ignore the biggest transmitter of HIV which is intravenous drug use and sharing needles. The very reason there aren't as many girls is because they've all died and there are more drugged out dudes willing to live with them and do drugs together, sharing needles.
