You really should get a burner number. Textfree and Google voice are both free options, though I personally avoid Google, as they are too good at connecting dots. If you give them a burner number, you can then sit back and see if they ask for cashapp or money in advance, in which case it is a scam for sure. The lack of content is not a problem. To me that indicates pliability. When I am messaging with a girl, I can tell her what I am looking for / or persuade her that what I typically do is good for her. If I was just trying to hit her up for booty calls or hookups, I wouldn't really bother.
