Have to deal your way out. Even open judge approved bribes its nuts. When the cop the prosecutor the judge are all on the same payroll how you think it will go. Policing for profit. Lots of people working at courthouses. They need cases on the dockets moving through the system to generate revenue & justify that we need that large of a courthouse & police force. They lost multi millions on revenue from shutting down for covid. So did defense lawyers. They are a part of that same money chain. You either got to part with some cash or time when dealing with these counties. They going to take something if you get pinched. You either pay a good lawyer (no court appt) or its going to be time and fines and other shit. Just got to take the time to read the laws (there are not that many on mongering) be careful think with the big head till its time for the deed. Be prepared for bad outcome. The problem is a lot of the travelers have no idea about where they stay. They kind of pick one in a populated area and hope it's busy.
