After a great session, you get all high up in the clouds and start to gamble a bit on the next session. The pattern I've noticed in my sessions have been, good, bad, good, bad, etc. I'd like to maintain some focus and discipline and keep it at good, good, good, etc. I'll probably limit my alcohol intake to no more than one shot before sessions from now on.
