I see more sugar momma's in California
Especially in Los Angeles, Orange county and San Francisco, think highest concentration of divorcees. These women believe feminist who tell them they don't need a man to complete them, get divorce, get the house and some spousal / child support when they are early 40's but low and behold when they get to the late 40's realize they do want a man around the house and to be home when they get home, rub their feet, dick'm etc. Turns out, men aren't all that bad and they are willing to pay the price to have a man around.
They are also more willing to take a man and dress'm up, if by chance he is a little raggedy around the edges. Additionally being a straight male in San Francisco or Marin county, the world is your oyster.

You can be a kept man, the ladies tire of the boytoys cause they can't hold a conversation past what's the weather going to be like today, so while they hold onto the boytoys shortterm and tell their friends that they are giving him a place to stay while he works on his app. Down in L. A, the kept man is giving room and board while he complete's his 'screenplay', wink, wink, say no more, until the ladies want a deeper conversation at the end of their day.
My friends in L. A who have been raked over the coals finacially from divorce have really taken to seeking arrangements for their companionship, pretty UCLA coeds. Some of the girls of course have GPS syndrome but those are mainly the young asian coeds who see they are like unicorns, highly coveted, rare and price their vagina according.

Here's your chance for a little payback. Apparently this girl, who had been working the area, made a duo out-call date with one of her regular clients, with the intent of sneaking two guys into his house armed with knives to rob him during the session. Fortunately when one of the girls said she needed to get condoms from her car, the client spotted one of the guys hiding outside his door, so he went to get his gun. He returned to find the girls had already let the thugs in, who were standing in his foyer with knives drawn. The guy shot both thugs, killing one and wounding the other. The surviving thug and three girls are all in custody and awaiting court-dates.

That's kind of what I meant by "payback", since so many guys get ripped-off by girls and their handlers, yet just "write it off" as a normal aspect of the business. Hopefully if there are other victims of any members of this group, they'll come forward now to add charges or weight to the prosecution of one or all of these criminals, especially since it's possible some of them could walk with very light sentences unless more compelling evidence of their conspiracy comes to light.
As for not having out-calls, this case appears to show a guy who did things right. His first few dates were solo with the one girl, and we don't know if any of those were perhaps at a room he rented in order to vet her before inviting her to his home. Also it wasn't 'til a few dates into their meetings that he allowed a duo-date with her girlfriend, and even then he appears to have been on his game and alert to possible danger. I just wish he'd been a better shot.
The fact is most of the out-right robberies in this business occur at the girl's in-call, where her handler is waiting to surprise you at just the right moment. It's at those locations where the thieves usually figure they have more of the odds in their favor. Or where other local idiots, seemingly unrelated to a girl's business but very aware of its presence, take the opportunity to make a "score" when her clients come into their neighborhood.
There are possible dangers in most types of dates, which is why it's so crucial for guys to recognize "red flags" and avoid girls who are handled, addicts, liars and thieves, and only patronize girls who prove their worthiness to be in business. And even then be ready to do what's necessary to come-out on top.
