It it really is amazing what RI AMPs offer in terms of quality and cleanliness. First AMP I went to was in PVD. Since then I have been to them in probably a dozen states and a couple of different countries. Best by far remains PVD.

I wasn't suggesting we petition the RI Tourism Board to promote PVD AMPs worldwide, but I am surprised this fact has remain such a well-kept secret.

I'm sure some of them lead better lives than some of us board members.

My understanding of Legal RI Indoor Prostitution is that it is the result of a defense attorney's argument and interpretation of the exisiting solicitation law in an AMP case 3 or 4 years ago. It led to the judge dismissing the prostitution charges against the girls. Since then simple sex-for-money is considered legal by the courts as long as it occurs indoors. It is debatable, however, if operating a brothel or transporting prostitutes is legal and thus AMP harassment is likely to continue in the hopes that one of these charges, or "creating a public nuisance", will stick. It's probably because of this that we don't see AMPs and brothels popping up like MacDonalds. I'm not sure when the RI Assembly will vote on changing the legislation to make indoor prostitution a misdemeanor but there is unfortunately a lot of support for it.

Even though many of us love the hunt for street action, you have to admit that public interest in keeping street action out of the neighborhoods is understandable. However, allowing prostitution in venues where it's out of sight, harming no one, isn't a bad idea - look how much trouble prohibition in the '20's caused.

Met 'Chanel' today....another quality spinner, attractive, 27 yo, maybe considered to have extreme asain features by some...the more I looked at her the prettier she got! Killer tiny body, enhanced C's (which I couldn't detect clothed) but very nicely done....as in, look and feel real....if they weren't so perfect looking I wouldn't have been suspicious.

I asked the Mamasan for a line-up, a first for me at Downtown. Here are the relevant stautes from the [b]Rhode Island General Laws[/b] :


[b]§ 11-34-4 Search for and delivery of inmate of house of ill fame.[/b] – Whenever there is reason to believe that any person has been inveigled, enticed, induced, persuaded, or encouraged to enter a house of ill fame or other place where prostitution is allowed or practiced, or is being kept, held, detained, or restrained in any house of ill fame or other place where prostitution is allowed or practiced, upon complaint being made under oath by any director of human services, member of the division of state police, sheriff, deputy sheriff, chief of police, town sergeant, or constable, or by the parent, master, or guardian of the person, to any justice or clerk of a district court authorized to issue warrants, the justice or clerk may issue a warrant to enter by day or night the house of ill fame or other place, to search for the person, and to bring that person and the person in whose possession or keeping he or she may be found before the district court. The court may, on examination, order that person to be delivered to the director of human services, parent, master, or guardian, or to be placed in the charge of a probation officer, or to be discharged in accordance with law.

[b]§ 11-34-5 Transportation for indecent purposes – Harboring prostitution.[/b] – (a) It shall be unlawful for any person, for pecuniary gain, to secure, direct, or transport, or offer to secure, direct, or transport another for the purpose of prostitution, or for any other lewd or indecent act; or to receive or offer or agree to receive any person into any place, structure, house, building, room, or conveyance for the purpose of committing any such acts, or knowingly permit any person to remain in the premises for those purposes, or to, in any way, aid or abet or participate in any of the acts or things enumerated in this chapter.

(b) Any person found guilty under this section shall be subject to imprisonment in the adult correctional institutions for not less than one year and not more than five (5) years, and a fine of not less than two thousand dollars ($2,000) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000). For every subsequent offense that person shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three (3) years and for not more than ten (10) years and a fine of not less than five thousand dollars ($5,000) nor more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

These are Laws could be used to shut down AMPs or places like the Pink Palace
or even go after the guy my ATF girl [b]Jo·Elle[/b] lives with and who lets her use his

Consistent safe sex practices, fresh linens and pretty much every girls showers after every customer. Combine that with the extraordinary attention and massage skill one receives fron an asian girl, sauna, water, candies, table shower, etc., I can't see why anyone would want to loose $$$ on one of the photoshoped girls advertising on eros and be all done in 25 minutes, no massage, etc.

Philly is great but both Northern and Southern CA offer some great AMP experiences. NY seems to be to nomadic, as business traveler I find that even the weekly adds cannot keep up with the address changes of the AMPs in NYC.

Myself, I miss the Waterbury AMPs.

Its the whole atmosphere that works, the hot wash cloth, putting your socks on for you, buttoning your shirt, flirting with you johnson, featherlight teasing ( I can't stand the regular pro that thinks every customer prefers to be treated like an old bicycle pump, sucked like thick frappe, etc)...Not true for every AMP but most of them ....and the girls treat you and make you feel very special for that hour...I miss Waterbury too, not the best everytime, but some great times were had out there, multiple girls at a time, an abundance of spinners, etc.

I was a big fan or Hong Kong and Magic, alas now long gone. If you find yourselves in that part of the world, follow Conn. route 8 south to Ansonia and find Bally Sauna, a return to the past. Saw BeBe and it was just like the old days.

I don't mean to start a legal discussion, but my own feeling on why the city is not using the charges you posted in the way you mentioned is that fir several reasons it would be very difficult to beat a good defense lawyer on them.

Something about "Massage Therapists" needing to be licensed and if not they are using that to crack down on some of the parlors.

I don't post here much, but I do frequent Lily at least twice a month. I stopped by Lily this morning at the opening time. I walked in the back door and the inside door was already open. To my surprise, a Providence police officer is inside talking to someone. One of the girls brings me into the closest room and tells me it's OK. I heard the cop say "all these spas get raided at some time". I said no thanks, I'll be back later and high tailled it out of there. I drove to the Walgreens across the street and the PD cruiser is parked in front of Lily. It figures the one time I come up the side street to get there. I normally drive by the front of the building and would of saw the cruiser. Anyway, I waited 10 minutes for PD to leave, then went for my massage. Inside, I had a great TS & massage from Julie. I've tried a lot of the girls there and Julie gives the best massage by far. Julie told me the cop was asking for infomation, on what, who knows. So the moral of the story is, always check the area around the spa you plan on entering.

I had a massage from Julie two weeks ago (Super Bowl Sunday) and I agree she was great. Started out pretty innocent and quiet at first but she really got into it as everything went along. She left me uncovered and laid up on my back while she massaged there. Could feel the skin of her legs on me and it was nice. You could tell she really knew what she was doing. Found all the tensest spots and got them out. And her ending was awesome with lots of power and some nice grunting.

I had not been for a massage in a while because of some cross country plane traveling in January and being home sick for a week after that. So I was hoping for a real good one on this trip to Lily and got it from Julie.

I was wondering if anyone out here knows anything about an AMP called J J Tuina? Saw the add in the Phoenix, near Job Lot on Res. Ave. In Pvd. I might go there on Monday with a report to follow. Just looking to try something new.

Yep. There were a couple others in that general area -- Frenchman's Quarters in downtown Norwich, the Oak Room and the Rising Sun up in Willimantic, and Le Club down in Groton. Except for the Rising Sun I always thought they were all sort of, let's say unhygienic. But they could do in a pinch. (And I think Hidden Valley even had pinball machines in the lounge, right?)

Well Hung reported on a trip to a place at that location back before Thanksgiving. By the time I made it down there from Worcester the week before Christmas, it was out of business; handwritten sign inside the glass door. When I saw that ad in the Phoenix last week I assumed it's the same place under (new??) management. Personally, I think it's a bad location (residential street, near a couple of "family restaurants", like that) and is just going to get neighborhood busybodies closing it down everytime it reopens. I *certainly* wouldn't park on the street by it but there's plenty of space at Job Lot.

Warning: unless they've upgraded since Well Hung reported, there's no table shower.

I went there last week, not particularly impressive but FS available. She wanted $.5, we worked down to CBJ for .8, which is not something I'd go back for again. Stick to Korean.

I find it interesting in every media source I read about the issue of Asian massage workers, they are all considered to "be forced" to work in it. The business owners probably want as little publicity as possible but it would be interesting if they ever responded to some of the allegations on this subject. I have had relationships outside of AMPs with a few workers and in fact have lived at two different times with two different AMP workers. Neither had any problem coming and going as they pleased, and the one who actually left the business for the time she was with me did it with very little fanfare. And, we both received the blessing and best wishes of the owner of the business where she worked. I have yet to meet a woman from an AMP who is forced to work there. They work there, almost without exception, because they make very, very good money and that's their goal. They often work for weeks or months on end and then take several weeks to a month off, and in some cases take several months off and travel. They travel in the US, go back to Korea or their home countries for visits, take cruises or travel to countries other than the US and Asia with the money they make. The allegation that the majority of AMP workers are illegal aliens are also untrue. With very few exceptions, they are at a minimum green card holders. My last girl friend, whom I met in an AMP, has had a green card for almost 20 years and her sister has been a natualized citizen for almost the same length of time. When we broke up, she moved to another town and still has not returned to an AMP to work. So, why did she work there? It makes good press to make the general public believe AMP workers are illegal aliens who are being forced into sex slavery but it is just not true. They do it because it's good money and some actually enjoy doing it. If government really wanted to combat the street crime affiliated with street walkers they would recognize the AMPs (or other MPs and independent providers) are one way to keep people from seeking street walkers, are one way to provide a safe and relatively clean environment, and would recognize that government would have their hand in a till that would provide a pretty tidy little revenue stream from taxes. If anyone out there has found an AMP worker who is undocumented and is being forced to work in this business I'd be interested in knowing the facts surrounding the situation. I'm not alleging it isn't happening, but based on my personal and intimate experiences with a number of these workers (whom I have asked if some are forced to work in this business), I don't think it is as the media tries to make it. Perhaps LE automatically puts that allegation in every press release they send out to keep the public from realizing these businesses would actually benefit a community that otherwise has related problems. Just my 2 cents.

I had visited Wanskuck two Sundays ago, in the morning. I ended up with Mae, older average looking woman. She did not offer a TS, which I had showered before I left, so I was thinking maybe I would get a little longer back rub. Wrong, it was a some what short back rub. After flip, hr was average at best. As usual at this place, dressed myself.

She left and came back with a mop and spray bottle. It was not like a huge eruption had happened with the average hr I had just received. More important though was the fact she fixed and placed the towel we just used back on the table as was reported before. I guess I will be skipping this place for awhile. Was out in what seemed like 35 minutes or so.

I haved visited JJ a few times. I did not find the place dirty, but maybe I just dont pay that close attention. Some of the ladies are average and decent. I am not a fan of Coco though. They do have a recently build shower room. In which the wall mirror is already cracked. I think the contractor did a shitty job. Never finished up the trim work, etc. Have had fs here for $. You will dress yourself. Is this a thing with chinese places?

I guess the Korean places are probably overall better.

Okay so after a day’s delay and reading some negative stuff about JJ, due to mostly curiosity I did go there. I parked across the street at shopping plaza, rang bell at front door. The inside looks very temporary with television on the floor and a little dog running around. House fee. 60 and TS offered and accepted. I took the liberty of turning down the lights in the TS room to let my intentions be known as I did answer that it was my first time there.

I met Tina about 30 something basically a 7/10, TS was average with no extra attention paid to any area. Back in the room Massage was okay with more teasing and "soft" touch than massage. Beautful Life Spa on Atwells leaves much to be desired unless you have a preference for no available table showers and like your spa to smell like Cheaters complete with fish and smoke smells.
