Boy am I glad all the crime in Ohio has been solved so they have time for going after the Strip Clubs! I know I feel better knowing I can walk down the street late at night with out the risk of being stabbed / robbed.

Anyway it may not matter but last night I drove by Marilyn's around 9 and saw two spinner types, a pale skinned red head and a light skinned black girl, walking in reporting for work. If I hadn't had someone waiting for me to come home I would have definitely turned around and gone in. Has anyone been recently or have any info at all?

Phil Burress, leader of the Citizens for Community Values, who the F do you think you are? You are not an expert on criminology, nor are you a righteous man. You lobbied for this bill to go into effect (Which your lawyers wrote BTW) , for what reason? So you can show how much influence you have over the state? As I already said, Phil Burress is NOT an expert on criminology. He's not an expert on anything, so far as I can tell, save for the ability to manipulate people to his will. Who is he to make this assessment? What crime are we talking about here? Buying and selling porn is not a crime. You talking about prostitution, Phil? Because in all seriousness, your little law has likely made it more likely that prostitution will INCREASE. Any moron with sense in their brain would see that (which the members of your little community lack, right Phil? After all, why else would they follow a leader with such obvious flaws). You have to be over 18 to get into a porn shop. 21 in some cases. So as far as the rest of the world is concerned, there is nothing but consenting adults in there. Clearly, you were as addicted to pay-for-play sex as you were porn, as your motives could not be more obvious.

I say we start a petition to redirect the Ohio river either:

A. North of Cincinnati, officially making them Kentucky's problem.

B. Into Cincinnati, and just flooding it out, ridding the world of such a stupid fraggin town.

I went in this place for the first time tonight. I was pleasently pleased at the over all atmosphere. 4 girls on a Sunday night with few customers=good for the customers. $4 beer, no cover and $10 dances on Sunday, what better way to watch the football game.

I might have saw the light skinned girl you speak of, did not see a pale white red head though (to bad, I like that combo). The girl I am speaking of seemed to be more a mix of hispanic and white, but I am a VERY BAD judge of that sort of thing, all I know is her looks did it for me!

Got a chance to stop by last night. 5 dancers working and something for everyone. Nice young light skinned spinner, taller white girl with long dark hair, two brunettes that looked like sisters. Decided on one of the brunettes named Bella. Very flirty and friendly which I really like. Good dances and the bonus was that on Sunday night there is no cover and the dances are only 10. Based on bouncers outside the club the first week, it is a different atmosphere. I welcome it over the old XS though. 2-4 girls a night (most who should not take their clothes off in public) is not a SC, which is what XS was.

I went on the opening night. I was not impressed. I'd never been to the "old xs showgirls", but I'd say Deja vu, Platinum or scarletts are better. I don't think any of the girls actually got nude, cover was $10 and one girl was extremely pushy literally. She would go around and grab people and ask if they wanted a dance. The atmosphere was mixed but that may have been because it was opening night. The stage is too high, and the place is small compared to other clubs. There was maybe one or two girls worth while to watch but they didn't get nude. There were a few girls that were just hard to watch, they looked they had never danced before and were not happy. This was just one visit so it might be different in a few months when the place gets more settled. However, the non-nude thing is a big turn off.

I seriously wonder if Platinum's owners didn't burn their own place down on purpose. It should be investigated further if it's not being done so already. Didn't they also own a building that was going to be a bar / club but it had a fire also? I'm 95% sure that's true. If so, it looks like fire is a recurrent theme for them.

Some of the old employees from Platinum do work at Hush's but idk how many. Whether that's a natural move for former employees or because it's "natural" for the Platinum owners to hire their former staff is a good question.

I am by no means an expert on law nor do I claim to be, but I would be VERY surprised if the owners of Platinum are not being watched very closely. The police / feds are not stupid and there is no statute of limitation on arson (if I'm correct) , not to mention insurance fraud and any other crimes that may have been committed. Given enough time the truth comes out, one way or another, especially when you're dealing with strippers and potential arson LOL. Again, just my 2 cents and strictly my non-professional opinion.

Got out of there with only spending $9.

I know when I was there during the same time about a week ago, there were several dancers there. I had a subpar dance from a girl, and sorry, but I can't remember her name, but she said she was from Platinums, and that many of the dancers from there were coming over to Hush. She also said that at Hush, they don't schedule the dancers for right now, they just come in and dance when they want to. Maybe that's why there weren't too many yesterday. Oh well, I'll probably try them again before too long, and give them another shot, as they are somewhat close to where I work.

Thats the "Palms" at detroit and phillips. Not my cup of tea. Girls seem to be of a "sub-par" class in there. And the place tends to get very "thuggish" at times.

Last time I was asked though the girl said 250 for fun, and 300 for anything goes.

I stopped in Scarlett's rt 2 last night. Didn't find Whitney but still had a good time. Beers only $2. 50 all night on Mon and Tues.
