I disagree, they decided to give me a break at some point during the 'street interrogation'. I was not a dick to them, I played it cool, knowing how corrupted cops (pigs) are, all they had to do is make up some BS and take me to jail. They had three police cars behind my vehicle and 6 fuckin' cops present at the time. All that drama to attempt to arrest someone leaving an MP. These pieces of shit ruined my game, once you experience what I had to go through, things are not the same ever again, yes, I still visit MPs, but not quite as much as I used to.

The MP I was leaving from that day was closed a few days later. That was the last 'half decent MP' left in the valley in my opinion.

I'm actually curious about what laws are being violated by the customer. I have read that AMPs can be cited for even inappropriate attire, but what are the "johns" being charged with. If the LE do not have video/audio of the act of offering money for sex, where is the crime. Even if you get caught in the act, is it illegal to have sex with a woman in a private business? If so, it can't be prostitution cause there is no proof of money exchanging right? I'm still confused on all the legal aspects of it.

I honestly think that FS establishments need to go the HJ way. In a HJ only place, you pay for massage and never (or at least shouldn't) discuss anything sexual. The HJ just happens at some point. When done, you choose to give the girl a tip or not (you should). From my understanding of prostitution laws, no prostitution laws have been violated because I never offered or was requested to give money for something sexual. 1st post, but been reading the boards now and then. Haven't been in the MP scene but curiosity is tempting me to check it out for my self. From what I've read so far from past posts. That MP's are dying or dead all round The Valley. Well I've done some CL ads and had good experiences but I find it pretty risky to continue meeting up some of them CL chicks after I've heard stories of people gettin jacked. Ripped off and so on. I'm around the Northridge area and I see a few massage spots here and there some of them are even clumped pretty close to each other. Dunno if they are good ones or bad ones. I think part of what is at play here, the police are only responsible for collecting evidence. The collect what they can, arrest you, hope that you make a statement. Then they turn it over to the presecution.

The prosecution is responsible for turning that evidence into proof of a crime. If they don't have enough or good enough evidence they could either drop it all together or try to get you to take a plea.

In the case of prostitution laws, the prosecution can size you up pretty easily. Not too many guys want prostitution charge, not too many guys are going to fight the charges if a plea is offered.

Accoding to him, the prosecution only needs to prove one of the following. I don't think so many juries will be willing to side with the defense here:

Solicit (strongly urge or entice) for an act of prostitution
Agree to engage in an act of prostitution
Engage in an act of prostitution

Long time lurker. I found this site while investigating a prostitution case I ended up doing a trial on. I've been lurking ever since. I think these prostitution laws are absurd, I represent people who are the worst of the worst (murders, rapes, robberies, shootings, etc), so when I see the amount of resources expended on these bullshit cases, it really pisses me off as a citizen. And if you want to talk about the expending of resources, I'll give you an example. In your typical day in WLA, the LAPD have, for the whole WLA station (that goes from Pacific Palisades down to Brentwood, east to LaCienega, south to Culver City, and north to Mullholland) a total of 1-2 cars for regular patrol. This means that if you have someone who robs you in your home and runs away, and you call 911, you have one, maybe 2 cars for that whole area protecting you. Mind you, they have plenty of traffic officers (lots of revenue there), vice (gotta love the stats), narcotics (more statistics), and gang (real, actual societal concerns, but generally going about it the wrong way) officers, but who knows if they're working at that time, and they don't have to respond to radio calls if they don't want to (and believe me, this is why they choose those units, so they don't have to respond to as many radio calls).

On a recent trial I did, they had about 20-25 police officers involved in a sting on Figueroa for 12 hours. You got that? They had 10 times as many officers on one Figueroa sting as they have patrolling all of West Los Angeles! That's outrageous.

Now, I've done some explanation of the crimes you could be popped for on the Fig Street walker section, but the MP are a totally different gig. You are far safer in that area. First of all, you don't face an arrest for 653. 22 (loitering with the intent to commit an act of prostitution). This is a "crime" where you do innocuous acts (ie. No actual acts of prostitution), but a cop "opines" that you were doing these acts with an intent to do an act of prostitution. Absurd, I know, but juries tend to give a lot of credence to this bullshit police officer "opinion" testimony.

Then there's the actual act of prostitution, or soliciting an act (which is how they usually get johns). The key here is to make sure that the person you're dealing with is not a cop. The best way to do that in the street is to get the girl in your car, or at least cop a good feel (cops won't typically get in your car or let you cop a feel). In a MP, the best bet is to get the girl somewhat naked, or at least get some feels on her so that you know she's not a cop. Don't discuss any money right off. Don't do it until she's massaged you quite a bit, and done things that cops would not do.

I would avoid all talk of money for sex. One suggestion I heard someone talk about in court was taking some money out of your wallet and leaving it partially viewable, so that you can say "I like to leave nice tips for great massages. " But, unless you're sure that girl is not a cop (by feeling her up or having her rub you down well), don't ever make arrangements.

If you can, try to do the negotiating without speaking, in case she's miked (although, in all of my years of doing this, I can't remember a case where they miked an actual provider in a sting. Only cops). I can't imagine they've video'd it. You'd have a great invasion of privacy issue if you didn't actually do any act of prostitution and they video'd you getting a naked. Legal. Massage.

Remember, these MPs are not illegal. You're not breaking any law by being there. If you are stopped by the police, tell them that you were getting a massage for your [insert high scool sporting injury here]. Continue to insist that you do not pay for sex, or better yet, say "I was getting a massage, nothing illegal about that, " and then tell them you want a lawyer if they're accusing you of doing something wrong.

Just be aware, police lie, and they may make up a case against you regardless. From reading these boards, I'd have to say your best bet may be driving 2 hours south to TJ, and doing it legally there (just don't get shot in a drug cartel war)

Hey guys, I went cruising AGAIN to find me an AMP but failed, AGAIN. I found this one thai massage that was open at around 10pm so I decided to check it out. I went to the AMP off Darby in Reseda on late Sunday. Not FS. I never tried for FS because the girls aren't my type but they provide a REALLY good professional massage along with a HJ. I have found two CAMPs in the Valley, that together I have tried five times in the last two months. I mistakenly posted reports in the Los Angeles forum before I discovered this separate forum for the Valley.

It's entirely possible for you to find girls that give you intimacy. Look at my rave reviews of the AMP Vlad hooked me up with.
