Wondering how you guys handle the donation on a subsequent visit following receiving "extras" without and up charge when it is either normally advertised as an up charge or in the previous visit she charged for it. As you stated, she can always decide not to perform those activities at future visits, or ask if you want that service again and she'll let you know what the extra tip is.
