Does it matter beyond the actual immediate nature of the context of the message? Does it transcend their conversation and effect the rest of the group? I feel so strongly about keeping Private Messaging PRIVATE that I offer my retirement from this USAG web site if private messages are made public. Life will go on and I will find my mongering elsewhere. In the case of the new web site that lots of you guys have gotten PM's from saying I'm a big meanie and you can go there, what I'm looking for is the nexus, the guy who has their name in several hundred PM's not the guys with one. They are answering his PM. For the guy with the hundreds I just ban the user name. The server does the "reading" not us. In the "I'm gonna fucking kill you" kind I do look at them, I don't really read them, I don't look at them for content I generally look at them to confirm what somebody has already told me. "This douchebag is sending me PM's saying he's going to kill me."

There are rules in the forum, you guys accept those rules when you join, one of them is to not threaten people. Just because the threat is in a PM, doesn't mean it's not on the forum. If something like that was happening and I didn't do what I could (ban the user) and something actually happened, I would find it difficult to sleep at night.[/BLUE]

When you try and justify someone using fake B&S pics by saying who cares as long as she's hot and that you would be happy with a TV star, I just laid out 3 scenarios for you, that based on what you have said, each one should be acceptable with you and the use of fake B&S pics to lure you to see these 3 different girls in your world is perfectly fine.

Thats an impossible line to justify Fake pics and vouching for someone who is using fake pics is just wrong. Trying to rationalize it by saying well she was close enough to the B&S pics is a straw argument as everyone's CLOSE ENOUGH is different.

As for me I was spending $30 to $50 a month in gas money alone for a while, seeing girls posting hot pics, or meeting a girl based on a mongers claim that the girl is real, only to meet them in person and find out the pics are B&S and the monger was full of it. Then once your there the usual BS starts. The girl swears the pics in the ad are really her, and the excuses begin: Yeah I just cut and dyed my hair yesterday, Oh the tats I have in the ad?, Oh I had them medically removed last week, Oh my eye colors different? I was wearing colored contacts in the pics. Then when you try and leave theres always that 50/50 chance she is going to demand her donation anyway and tell you how her boys are going to jack you up if you try and leave without giving her money, even though you tried to leave within 2 minutes of getting there and you realizing her pics are fake.

I am too tired of the bullshit. If a provider posts fake pics and I go see her, once I walk in and realize her pics are fake, I leave, no matter what the little head is saying. If BOTH of them agree to it, then I wouldn't have a problem with A2 inspecting the message and making a determination. Under no circumstances should the message be posted for all to see.

We already had a precedent (maybe a bad one) where a pissed off provider (rightly or wrongly) posted a member's PM publicly on BP. So it's not like it's impossible to put the information out there. I think it would be naive for anyone to expect complete secrecy in this day and age in any electronic medium. That being the case, if A2 felt the issue was worth settling by letting it go public, I personally would have no problem with it. This would be keeping the matter in-house where it belongs. My 2 cents.

I think if the conversation involves peoples safety then we owe it to each other to find the correct answer. Publishing PM's? Ancient makes an excellent point. This is 2014, A2 is a smart guy. There has to be a way to get to the bottom of something without publishing PM's.
